Reports about a code that stopped working are handled before anything else. Anything about your account on a platform is not something we can act on — we have no access to it, and saying so up front saves you days.
Reporting a dead code
Say where the process stopped, because a rejected field, an accepted code with no reward, and a missing code field are three different failures with three different causes. That single detail usually turns a multi-day exchange into a same-day fix, since it determines whether the problem is the string, the account state, an unmet condition or regional availability. Useful alongside it: which platform, roughly when you tried, whether the account was brand new, and a screenshot if the error text was terse. Not useful, and please do not send it — anything that authenticates you. We never need a username, a password, a one-time code or a screenshot of a payment panel, and no legitimate report requires them. Everything we need to re-check an offer is publicly visible on the platform.

What we cannot do
We cannot unlock an account, speed up a withdrawal, recover an item or reverse a transaction, because we have no access to any platform's systems. Those are handled by the operator's support and only by it. Anything on the Steam side — trade holds, account restrictions, the inventory cap — is Valve's, and neither we nor the platform can move it. We also do not act as an intermediary in disputes, do not publish private correspondence, do not accept payment for a listing or for removing a critical passage, and do not change an article at an operator's request. The only reason anything here changes is a demonstrated factual error — and a report from an operator gets exactly the same treatment as one from a reader: checked, and corrected if right. If your item is stuck, start with withdrawals and trade holds, which resolves most cases without anyone's support.
Write to us
General questions, corrections and code reports go to editor@cs2promocodes.skin. Everything gets read. Not everything gets an individual reply, because most reports about content are resolved by editing the page and updating its last-checked date rather than by writing back — so if the text changes a few days later, your report landed. We never write first asking for credentials, and we never ask for them at all. A message that appears to come from this site requesting a password, a one-time code or payment details is an impersonation attempt regardless of how the sender address looks. What we do with the address you write from is described in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
How do I report a code that stopped working?
Email editor@cs2promocodes.skin saying which code and platform, and at what point it failed — rejected field, accepted with no reward, or no field at all. Those are three different causes.
Can you get my account unlocked?
No. We have no access to any platform's systems. Account and withdrawal issues go to the operator's support; Steam-side issues go to Valve.
Do you reply to everything?
Everything is read. Content reports are usually resolved by editing the page and updating the last-checked date rather than by a reply.
Would you ever ask for my Steam Guard code?
Never. We do not ask for passwords, one-time codes or payment details, and any message claiming to be us that does is an impersonation attempt.
